As is with many of us, I recognized these powers at a very young age. Although I recognized them, I only used them to solve problems and go traveling in my sleeping hours. As I became older, I abandoned these gifts as not to appear weird in the eyes of my peers and be an outcast in my Christian based religion.

As time passed, my God source kept pushing these gifts in my face. Unlike so many individuals who have made it their goal to become "enlightened", I had in many ways avoided this, seeing it as being too trendy. Yet my Creator kept after me. Eventually I just caved in to Spirit as it were.

So yes, today if it feels right, I will do healings, or even readings. My works are from within yet powered from a higher source. Although I can't really explain how it works or why it works, what I do know is that somehow it does work and it matters not what ones beliefs are. This in its self has been a great healing for me and the way I view all peoples religious beliefs, I see them all as right for the people they were given to and none of them being better or worst then any other.

If you feel you have the gift (and we all do), or you too knowingly abandoned it somewhere in your history, I urge you to acknowledge it and use it. It would be the best thing you could do not only for yourself, but also for those you know and also for the healing of this great planet of ours.
